All users must adhere to the rules and regulations of Red Hook Pickleball Club LLC. This includes but is not limited to:

• Respecting staff, other players, and the facility property.

• Wearing appropriate attire and footwear for pickleball activities.

• Following safety guidelines and instructions from staff.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any individual who violates these rules without refund.

5. Booking Policies

Court bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our designated booking platform. Cancellations or rescheduling must comply with our cancellation policy as outlined on our website.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in any activity at Red Hook Pickleball Club LLC, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical activity and agree to release us from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during your use of the facility or participation in events. A signed liability waiver is required for all participants.

8. Intellectual Property
