  • Do I need to be a member to use the courts, or can I just pay to play a one-time session?

    You don’t need to be a member to play! Our courts are open to everyone—members and non-members alike. All players must reserve a court in advance, which you can do easily right here: BOOK

  • Do you offer memberships?

    Yes! We offer 3 levels of memberships to RHPC. Learn more about our membership cost and availability here: MEMBERSHIPS

  • Am I allowed to take a coaching lesson at RHPC with a coach who isn’t part of the RHPC coaching team?

    Unfortunately, no. All RHPC coaches are carefully selected, certified, and fully insured to ensure a safe, consistent, and high-quality experience for every player. Outside coaching is not permitted, as it creates potential risks for you, the coach, and the club.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You can cancel your reservation anytime through the ‘Reservations’ tab by clicking ‘Cancel Reservation.’ There’s no charge if you cancel within 10 minutes of booking or at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full court fee.

  • How does the waitlist work?

    When a spot on the waitlist opens up, everyone who is on the waitlist for the session will be notified and the first person to accept the spot will get into the session.

  • Do I need a reservation to play?
